In third grade, I started wearing glasses. Bring on the teasing, mean comments, and pure annoyance of wearing glasses as a third grader who was doing dance, cheer, and tumbling. So I sort of just stopped wearing glasses and sat in the front row of class until my junior year of high school.
When I started driving and my MPH gauge was blurry, I decided I should revisit the eye doctor. This time I was able to use soft contacts and only had to wear glasses occasionally. A few years later, glasses seemed to be more of a fashion statement so wearing them was no longer a big deal to me.
When Dr Tavel reached out about the launch of a new frame, I was beyond excited. It came at a good time because I was actually ready for new frames, but also, I wanted something fun.
These frames are unique, different, and totally cool being hand-crafted in Italy. No two frames are the same making them ULTRA-unique. I tried to pick something that would go with a variety of pieces in my closet, but wanted a specific color scheme that would compliment my eye color. I can't wait to share what Dr Tavel frames I selected with you guys. Stay tuned for that.
In the meantime, definitely check out Dr Tavel for the next time you need an eye exam or new frames. They have a great team and 11 locations around Indy. Don't just take my word for it. Check out Abby Saylor's review also.
Oh and in case you want your own Ultra Limited frames, you can take $50 off with the code ULTRA50 now until May 31, 2018.
Hope your week is going wonderfully. I'm getting new extensions today and feeling so excited about that!
