Hey there! I'm Steph Weber, a brand & mindset coach, marketing strategist, and educator that believes in the power of connection through story.
I help women gain clarity, confidence, and strategy with their unique brand story which enables them to do more of what they love and triple their income - all because I believe in the unique value that YOU bring to this world.
I've grown up in Indianapolis, studied abroad in Europe, lived in New York City for a summer, and recently moved to Phoenix with my husband.
People ask how I got started with my journey and the truth is, I’ve worked in fashion since I was 17 because I was driving a 1999 Toyota Camry and I had places to go as most high school seniors do. This required gas and the deal I’d made with my mom and dad was that I’d pay for it. I started working as a sales associate in a local boutique and that role turned into their brand manager when I graduated in 2015. When I learned about blogging, I thought “why am I not doing this?,” so Trendy in Indy was born. Since then, this fashion blog has grown into a business that teaches female entrepreneurs how to build real relationships with a community through story so that they can turn their side-hustle into their dream career.
Small businesses are my passion. My dad ran a small business which unfortunately failed in 2010 after a series of unfortunate events. I was a senior in high school and my parents had $0 to send me to college. Like most things in life, I decided I’d figure it out by any means necessary because I believed in the goal to go to my dream school. I worked three jobs, maintained full-time student status, had a social life including a long-distance boyfriend-now-husband, and I’ll be paying the equivalent of a mortgage a month in loans until I’m 32, but like I said, I believed in the outcome. In 2015, I graduated from Butler University, Cum Laude.
I work so that I can travel and explore all the world has to offer. I truly believe that adventuring helps to spark creativity and allows us to better understand people. You’ll also find me hiking and camping with my husband, I’m talking full-on, no public bathrooms, tent on top of our 4 Runner, building a fire to cook kind of camping, rockstars.
Wanna know what sets my heart on fire? Building a community of real humans who are unapologetically themselves, crushing their goals, and inspiring me to do my job better. Because let’s be real, sometimes being an entrepreneur is super flipping lonely and filled with “what did I just do” moments. We all need someone in our corner cheering us on, helping us shift our mindsets and develop brand strategies so that we may do more of what we love. I’m here for you, rockstar.
